We are pleased to be recruiting for a Contact Centre Manager to join the Customer Service Team based in our Northampton Contact Centre.

In this role you will be leading the Contact Centre to deliver a consistent and outstanding experience to our customer across all customer service channels, delivering operational excellence through first contact resolution, continuous improvements and investing in our people.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience of managing a busy Contact Centre or Customer Operations Department along with experience of multi-channel trading and a passion for people and our brand.
