Our Role and why you’ll be brilliant at it

You will be leading the team in providing suitable written and verbal responses to any negative feedback left online, written or through voice.

Your Customer Experience Team are the first point of contact for our customers complaints and responsible for providing them with a superb shopping experience, surpassing their expectations at every opportunity and resolving issues first time whilst keeping business needs a priority. 

Ideally, you will have at least 12 months experience of leading a team in a multi-channel, inbound contact centre and will have managed an adapted approach to your team working hybridlike from work/home.

Reasonable working knowledge of how resource planning works and the effects to the contact centre would be highly advantageous.
