Our Customer Service Advisors deliver a shopping experience that is second to none.  Whether it’s on the phone or over email, they aim for a quick resolution first time, every time.  Every customer is different, every call is different, and so is the way we respond.

As a Customer Service Advisor at The White Company, you’ll deal with inbound calls and emails involving orders and queries.  It starts with a friendly manner and compassionate tone, on top of the excellent training we’ll give you.  We’re looking for people with a real passion for customer service who know it’s the little things that matter.

Our Contact Centre operates 7 days a week:  Monday to Friday 08:00 – 22:00, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 – 16:00.  You’ll be required to work a rota that covers these hours.  We will also consider part time hours, please state your availability in your application.
