The White Company also has two stores in the US – 155 Fifth Avenue NY and The Mall, Short Hills, New Jersey, plus concessions in selected Nordstrom stores.

The Role

Key Deliverables of this role are:

  • Responsible for supporting the Digital teams through delivering regular website analysis, reporting and insight – that drives learnings and understandings of site behaviour and performance.
  • Provide support for the Digital Optimisation Manager – including analysis of campaigns and proactively driving insight to help inform the testing plan and wider site improvements.
  • Be the technical expert in the business on site tagging and tracking – helping to ensure data is robust and accurate. Identify data gaps and then create, update and maintain that.
