As a Sales Advisor with The White Company you will be the pivotal link between our products and our customers.

With a strong retail sales or customer service background, you will often be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing them with a superb shopping experience, surpassing their expectations at every opportunity.  You will assist customers, identifying their needs and answering product-related questions whilst, at the same time, optimising sales and encouraging customer loyalty.  You will be proactive and flexible, prepared to go the extra mile for our customers and our team, and willing to take on multiple tasks.

You will play a key role and contribute to the delivery of the highest levels of customer service through the active promotion of team work and our brand values.  You will have a real passion for our products, a professional but approachable outlook, effective selling skills and stacks of enthusiasm!  Your presentation, professionalism and attitude will also make you an excellent TWC brand ambassador.  If you share our passion for and obsession with providing our customers with a fantastic shopping experience, we at The White Company would like to hear from you!
