Our Role

A good foundation is in place for our significant growth ambitions – product quality, brand strength, active customer base and trading performance. Social is a critical element of our growth strategy in terms of reaching and engaging with new and existing customers.

This role will define our Social and Influencer strategies, lead the team that delivers, manages and analyses the activity.  You’ll be part of a broader Customer function, getting to work collaboratively with CRM, Performance, Editorial, PR, Digital CX and Contact Centre teams to create and manage the end-to-end customer experience.

We use Social to reach and engage new and existing customers each and every day. Social is our always on broadcast channel, but it is also how we have a two-way dialog with our customers.

What you’ll be doing

The Senior Social Media Manager will;

  • Manage the Paid, Organic and Influencer strategies for UK, US and ROW markets across existing social channels as well as driving innovation on new channels.
  • Lead the team to develop, execute and analyse social strategies
  • Work collaboratively with Brand, CRM, Editorial, PR and Digital CX teams to plan and execute campaigns. Ensuring alignment of campaign objectives and execution
  • Create rich, engaging content for our social channels with both an in-house team and external creative agencies
  • Manage the social channel communities alongside the Customer Service team
  • Build and maintain relationships with Influencers across the UK and US.
  • Manage Paid Social and Influencer Agencies.
