What do you enjoy most about working for The White Company ?

As the Resource Planning and Operations Manager for the Contact Centre, my role involves scheduling, forecasting, budgeting and performance management for all of the Contact Centre teams - Voice, Digital and Customer Relations. 

The pace is fast all year round (even out of Peak), and we’re constantly striving for excellence and reviewing processes to see if we can do anything more efficiently.

I’m proud to work with a forward thinking and proactive team. Focusing on new challenges and finding ways to better service our customers in a rapidly changing retail environment helps to keep the role fresh, which is great for my self-motivation.

One of the things I’ve appreciated since joining is the feeling that everyone is pulling towards a common goal, that’s not something that can be underestimated.

What is your favourite product and why?

I’ve become obsessed with our bedding! The Egyptian Cotton Duvet Cover is my current favourite. It doesn’t matter how challenging or tiring the day may have been, once I climb into bed and cocoon myself in the duvet I’m out like a light.  A quick spray of the Sleep Soothing Pillow Mist doesn’t hurt either!
