Our Role and why you’ll be brilliant at it

Christmas is a very special time of year for us and as well as being our busiest!

You will be a vital member of our contact centre team – a strong communicator; both written and verbally who can take ownership to resolve customer complaints and queries first time swiftly.

Ideally you will have experience working in a contact centre however any strong customer service background would be fantastic.

***IMPORTANT*** - Please note the following:

You will be working from home; therefore, we will require you to have access to the following to be considered for this position:

  • A working Windows laptop/desktop with Windows 10 minimum - Sorry no MACs!
  • A headset.
  • Consistent reliable Wi-Fi with a minimum 2mbps speed (you will be asked for proof of this through speedtest.net)
  • You will need to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 10pm as there are various shifts including weekends and evenings up to 37.5 hours a week.
  • You will need to have a private space to work from away from distractions, where you can take calls uninterrupted.
  • If put through to interview stage and, if successful, you will be required to attend an interview/training via video.
  • A role play scenario will form part of the interview
  • You will receive full training to start your role with confidence.
  • The start date for this role will be Monday 9th November 2020

As this is a Seasonal Peak role, unfortunately, we will not be able to consider you for the role if you cannot attend full training or have any holidays during the contract.
