Due to our growth we now have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Customer Service Team in our Northampton Contact Centre.  Our Team Leaders are a driving force within the teams, providing leadership, motivation and coaching to Customer Service Advisors.

To succeed in this role you will need to have previous experience of enabling a team to deliver results within a Contact Centre.  This will be achieved through regular 1-2-1 reviews with a strong focus on quality assurance.  You will have experience of dealing with escalations and the ability to manage people in a pressurised department.
