The Role

A key management role within the People Team, this role takes responsibility for managing the Payroll and Benefits for the whole business; both on a day to day basis and supporting the overall pay and reward strategy. This role will also own our People Database (People Hub), being responsible for all records being accurate and maintained; and reporting on people analytics.


The Payroll Manager must have excellent communication skills (making pay and reward engaging and understood), be able to influence at all levels in the organisation and know how to get the best out of people. They will have experience of a fast-paced environment where they are confident building and maintaining relationships in a professional manner.
