What you'll getIn 1994, Chrissie Rucker had a vision: to create a company that specialised in stylish, white homewares, combining the highest quality with affordable prices. What started as a 12-page mail-order brochure has grown into a multi-channel, international business, yet our love of crafting impeccably stylish products, principally in white, has never wavered. In 2024 we were joined by CEO Paula Nickolds. Paula leads The White Company team who delivers Chrissie's vision of being the destination for effortless, stylish living.
“The White Company wouldn't be what it is today without all the amazing people we have in our business – it is the team that make the dream become a reality.”
“The White Company is full of dedicated, passionate and talented people doing exciting work and together making it look effortless. It is a fun team and a great place to work.”
What began life as a 12-page mail-order brochure has become one of the UK's fastest-growing multichannel retailers.
